  • 1/2 C Butter
  • 1/2 C Honey
  • 1/4 C Prepared Mustard
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 Clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 Small Sweet Onion Finely diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4-6 Chicken thighs
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C)

  2. Place chicken pieces in a shallow baking pan. If you left the skin on, be sure to place skin-side up

  3. Combine the butter, honey, mustard, curry powder, ginger, garlic, sweet onion, and salt in a small pot or sauce pan. Place over low to medium heat and stir until mixed and the butter has melted

  4. Pour the melted butter mixture over the chicken

  5. Baking time will vary depending on the type of chicken used. Baste the chicken every 15 minutes with the pan drippings until the chicken is nicely browned, tender, and the juices run clear

Recipe Notes

Note: You may use any chicken you prefer. Thighs, tenderloins, whole chicken, breasts, wings, etc. Adjust the baking time to the type of chicken used.
